Processing of Your Personal Information
MINE, 802417-2622, the Stora Varvsgatan 11, 211 74, Malmö, has the policy to take all necessary steps to ensure that personal data concerning our candidates and members treated by us are treated legally, correctly and openly.

MINE is prepared to protect your personal data and make sure that your personal information is always treated safely. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations for the protection of privacy, including the Personal Information Act (1998: 204) (PUL), Electronic Communications Act (2003: 389) and such other regulations implementing the EU Data Protection Directive 95/46 / EC, EU Directives on Integrity and Electronic Communications 2002/58 / EC and the EU Universal Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and any amendments, additions or regulations replacing such laws, regulations, regulations and rules. What personal data do we collect and where from?
If your organization becomes a member of MINE, services like training, lectures, counseling, event planning or participation in mentoring programs, if you provide us with your resume or otherwise use our services, you may provide information that is considered to constitute personal data under applicable personal data.
The types of personal data we collect may, depending on the context, include:
Previous experience and competence background;
Name and contact information including address, mobile number and e-mail address; social security number;
Delivery and billing information, payment information and other information you provide in connection with the purchase or delivery of a product or service;
Different types of demographic information;
Information about preferences and interests based on use of the Company’s websites;
Other information relevant to customer surveys, ads or offers; and or
Other user-generated information that you actively choose to share via our websites.
Collection of your personal information may be from the following sources:
During MINE’s event, eg when you apply or participate in any of our education programs; interview occasion; when you participate in our networking meetings.
At any of MINE’s websites, such as when you order our newsletter.
Why do we process your personal information?
If you have ordered a service, you have entered into an agreement with MINE, and we process your personal information for the purpose of managing your purchase or order, and to deliver the service you have ordered.
In addition to processing your personal information to fulfill the purchase of goods and services, MINE may use your personal information for other purposes and with the support of other legal bases, as set out below.
Compliance Agreement: To manage subscriptions, delivery of goods, to make payments, and to give you access to MINE’s websites and the services (including customer service) provided there.
Consent: Direct marketing (postal and digital), customer surveys, customer support and newsletters.
Fulfill legal obligation: We save invoice data in accordance with current accounting rules.
Eligible Interest: In order to provide, implement and improve our commitments, products and services, it is necessary for us to process personal data even in certain other cases, such as: by analyzing our customers’ shopping habits in order to provide them with relevant information and marketing as well as for statistical purposes.
In the event that a service we provide requires your consent, we will always explicitly ask you to give your consent to such service and to processing our personal information in such a case. For example, we request your consent to subscribe to any of MINE newsletters or to create an account on any of MINE’s websites.
Storage of personal data
MINE takes all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is processed and stored securely. Your personal data will never be stored longer than permitted by applicable law and for the purposes stated above. Your personal data will be processed by us during the following periods.
Member or Customer: If you have a subscription with MINE or if you otherwise register for any of MINE’s digital services, your personal information will be retained until you terminate your subscription or unsubscribe from our services, but no later than three years after your last purchase. or your last signed subscription. However, this does not apply if we need to save your personal information anymore due to any of the items below.
Completion of contract: Personal information (name, social security number, address, telephone number, e-mail and payment and delivery information) in connection with the ordering of subscriptions as well as goods and services is saved for as long as required for the Company to fulfill the agreement with you. This includes to meet delivery or warranty commitments.
Legal obligation: MINE saves any information that constitutes accounting information in accordance with current accounting rules.
Consent: In cases where we process your personal information based on your consent, we will only save your personal information as long as we consent to it.
Direct Marketing: We may process your personal data for direct marketing for up to three years after terminated customer relations, unless you deny such direct marketing before.
Transfer of personal data
Partners outside MINE: Our partners, ie. companies outside of MINE and approved by MINE may access your personal information in order to provide you with access to custom information and offers about goods or services.
Linking with private and public records: MINE may supplement your personal information with additional information by collecting information from other private and public records. Through such interconnection, enrichment and updating of your personal data may occur.
Business Transactions: If all or part of MINE’s business is sold or integrated with other business, your personal information may be disclosed to our advisors, potential buyers and their advisors, and will be forwarded to the new owners of the business.
Legal obligations: Your personal information may also be disclosed in order for MINE to comply with certain legal obligations and may be handed over to the police and other relevant authorities where permitted and required by law.
Such transfers mentioned above can only be made to companies within the EU or EEA (ie all EU Member States, Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein). We do not process personal data outside the EU and EEA.
Revocation of consent

You also have the right to request that personal information about you be corrected if they are incorrect, incomplete or misleading by contacting customer service. In order to protect your privacy and your personal information, we may require you to identify you in connection with our assistance.
In accordance with applicable privacy laws, you also have the right to request that your personal information be deleted or that the processing of your personal data is limited. You are also entitled to object to the processing of your personal data in certain cases and request that your personal data be transmitted in electronic format.
You may file a complaint with the Data Inspectorate if you believe that MINE’s processing of your personal information does not occur in accordance with applicable law.
If the changes concern such personal data processing that we perform on the basis of your consent, we will allow you to again give your consent.
